    A Women in Tech Agile Academy pretende despertar interesse nos conceitos de Business Agility e atrair, através de informações práticas, o interesse de mais profissionais, no feminino, para estas áreas.

     

    Estamos em crer que, qualquer profissional que não tenha um passado académico em áreas puramente tecnológicas pode, através destas qualificações, entrar no mundo da tecnologia como ponte entre o negócio e o desenvolvimento de produtos nesta indústria.

    Most studies surrounding diversity in the workplace have found that for every 1% increase in gender diversity, company revenue increases by 3%.

    Higher levels of ethnic diversity increase revenue by a whopping 15%.

    According to Glassdoor, 67% of active and passive job seekers say that when evaluating companies and job offers, it is important to them that the company has a diverse workforce.
